Store Creation & Setup Disclaimer (Very Important)
If you request Store Rav to build, configure, or upload content for your store:
You are solely and fully responsible for reviewing and approving all content before your store goes live.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Menu items and descriptions
- Pricing, taxes, and fees
- Images, branding, and media
- Business details and contact information
- Policies, links, and operational settings
Store Rav acts strictly as a technical setup assistant.
We are not liable for errors, omissions, losses, legal issues, or consequences resulting from unverified or unreviewed store content.
Final approval responsibility always rests with the store owner.
Pay-Later Option – Strict Use & Legal Enforcement
The Pay-Later option is provided solely as a convenience to support legitimate customers and businesses.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Any misuse of the Pay-Later feature—including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent orders
- Fake identities or phone numbers
- Intentional non-payment
- Attempted testing, probing, or misuse of the system
- Orders placed to harm a store or Store Rav's reputation
will be treated as fraud.
Legal Consequences
Store Rav reserves the absolute right to:
- Permanently ban offending users or entities
- Share data with affected merchants
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement
- File police reports and pursue civil and criminal legal action
- Seek compensation for:
- Financial losses to partner stores
- Operational damage
- Brand and reputation harm to Store Rav
Any action that results in financial loss or reputational damage to Store Rav or its partners will trigger legal enforcement without warning.
Refund Policy (Strict)
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following limited conditions only:
Eligibility
- Your store receives zero (0) orders within the first 30 days after launch
- Applies only to first-time customers
- Refund must be requested within 45 days of store activation
Important Limitations
- No refunds under any condition after 30 days
- Store Rav is a self-serve SaaS platform
- You are responsible for:
- Subscription management
- Cancellations
- Account usage
No Refunds For

All content uploaded to Store Rav is entirely your responsibility, including:

By uploading content, you legally confirm that:
- You own the content or have proper rights
- It does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or IP laws
- It complies with all applicable laws and regulations
No Store Rav Liability
Store Rav:
- Does not review or approve uploaded content
- Is not liable for copyright or IP disputes
- Will not be responsible for damages, claims, or losses arising from user content
You may edit or remove your content at any time through your dashboard.
Third-Party Services
Store Rav may integrate with external platforms (payment gateways, delivery services, APIs).
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or failures of third-party services
- Financial losses caused by them
- Their privacy practices or terms
Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Rav is not liable for:
- Lost revenue or business opportunities
- Data loss or security breaches beyond reasonable control
- Platform outages or interruptions
- User-generated content
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Use of Store Rav is entirely at your own risk.
